Urban Central Accommodation - Melbourne

The location of this hotel is amazing, especially if you're trying to get to St Kilda or if you have business at the convention center. Public transport is conveniently close, and the rooms offer a great view. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a good experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with good heating and a strong emphasis on security.

The noise levels from nearby nightlife establishments were a slight inconvenience.

A bit walk from city center

I had an amazing stay at Urban Central Accommodation. The bar/lounge area was a great place to relax while waiting for check-in. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The kitchen facilities were a bonus for cooking meals. The staff at the reception was helpful and provided great travel tips. The daily/weekly updates for visitors and things to do were very useful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Price and friendly staff

Air condition very very noisy, cant control air condition because it is preset to temperature, 4 minute shower timer terrible...

It is close to South Cross Station and about 15 mints on foot , convenient from your arrival to departure to airport bus. Nice staff !

It is not so central to downtown

During my recent stay in this city, I enjoyed the hotel's ideal location close to major attractions and the city center, making it perfect for sightseeing. the hotel offered great transportation options and was just a few steps away from restaurants, convenient for me. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the hotel facilities provided everything I needed. The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious and the perfect start to my day. Lastly, the staff was the best aspect of this hotel for me. From smiling faces to accommodating attitudes, they were very good too make me feel at home.

Location & ambience

A girl with itchy legs kept scratching the whole night & kept me awake. The free breakfast gets over by 09.30 am, no one at the reception bothered to tell me when I checked in.

Advertised 2pm check in but wasn't allowed in until 2.30. There was along que at this time

The location of this hotel was spot on for what I needed it for. It was super convenient and close to the city, making it easy to travel into the city and visit popular attractions like Crown Casino for my conference. Additionally, the rooms were a nice size with air conditioning and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

All in all, everything was great and there is nothing that needs improvement.

Good value for money - clean, friendly staff, etc.

I didn't like that there were signs all through the hostel offering guests a financial incentive to vote for the hostel in some online award thing - it struck me as dishonest.

Friendly staff, upgraded to family room, close to CBD, clean private facilities, affordable and comfortable rooms, secure entry.

It was central for our needs as we came to Melbourne from 3 hours away in country Gippsland to celebrate a birthday with family on the Tram Car Restaurant, so it was only a 5 minute walk away which was great for me with a damaged ankle.
